On the evening of May 1st, 1998, I was honored by my friends and colleagues of the New York State Academy of General Dentistry. I was presented with the Meritorious Service Award.
That evening, I was surprised to have the following Congressional Proclamation presented to me. The proclamation had been read into the Congressional Record previously and all Members of Congress voted in the affirmative.
I cannot feign immodesty. I am truly proud to display this honor for all to see.
